How do I track my order?
Simple! Log into your account through the online store by clicking the icon in the top right and then LOGIN. Check out the fulfilment status next to your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click on the order number on the left & you can find your tracking number and information here.
I don't have an account yet.
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email titled "A shipment from order #0000 is on the way". You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched after it has been fulfilled. Fulfillment may take up to 6 business days due to our fulfillment process and demand.
Though our items are sold from the same online store, many of our items are currently not shipped from the same warehouse. As we grow, we work to improve our shipping methods, we balance selecting the fastest and cheapest shipping options offered.
All of our products are dispatched within 6 business days but during peak times such as holiday seasons and public holidays this may be delayed slightly.

30 Day Return Policy
Simply submit your return request within 30 days from order date to be eligible for return, you then have 30-days after you receive your return instructions to send the product back. You will receive a UPS shipping label to return your product (excluding International orders), the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. If the item was defective or damaged you will not be charged any return shipping fees. Refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original method of payment once the item is received and inspected.
Refused shipments going into Canada will be credited back the merchandise amount, minus the cost of us having to pay duties, taxes, and returned freight.
Process Your Return
2. Enter your order number and email address and select the item(s) and quantity you would like to return.
3. Click "Return Items" We will email your return instructions with a shipping label within 1 business day.
4. When you receive your shipping from us, please box your shipment and make sure the shipping label is on the outer box.
5. You can expect your refund within 5 business days of us receiving your return. All refunds are issued in the same form of payment used in the original transaction.
We currently offer digital gift cards that will be delivered via email where you will receive a confirmation email containing your Gift Card code. You can purchase a Digital Gift Card via the accessories page on the RUN RULE REIGN website or by searching "gift card" in our search bar.
How long is my gift card valid for?
There is no expiration date on our gift cards.
Do I have to use the full amount in one order?
No you do not. Any left over amount will be available for use for any future order until the remaining balance is used.
Can I use a gift card & make a card payment on the same order?

I placed an order using my gift card & now want to return the items
Orders paid using split payment (part Gift Card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the Gift Card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used, which will appear in your account within 3-5 working days.
Can I buy a gift card for my friend?
Yes, you are able to purchase cards for individuals. Place the order using your details (name, & email address) and forward the Gift Card to their email. You can also print off the code and give it to them this way.
